Mountain Closure Update.

Please note that we at Mammoth Sierra Reservations are vigilantly monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, guidance and recommendations from local, state and federal health agencies. Please note Mammoth Mountain Ski Area has suspended operations until further notice (https://www.mammothmountain.com/covid). The health, safety and well-being of our employees, guests and community is our top priority, and we are implementing precautionary measures as recommended.

Cancellation Policy - Coronavirus Amendment

We understand the concern and difficulty with travel at these uncertain times and we are working with our booking partners to provide guests with more flexibility. To that end we have amended our cancellation policy and encourage our guests to review and read carefully both the amended policy below, as well as the policy in effect for their booking, as both can be applicable to a reservation. Please note the following reflects only reservations made directly with Mammoth Sierra Reservations. For reservations made prior to March 15th, with an arrival date between March 16th and April 30th, we will issue a full refund. Reservations booked on or after March 15th will follow the existing cancellation policy. This is a temporary amendment to the existing policy, is subject to change, and is now valid through April 30.
